    Mic now added

    Have now mounted the mic.
. I put it above the small panel , above my Llams switch. Fashioned an appropriate bracket out of a right angle bracket. The drill hole is hidden behind the small panel. The extension mic cable, at 3m, was not quite long enough to reach a point where I could mount it in a socket. So just using a rj12 coupler hidden behind the drivers kickboard for now.... however that rj12 coupler, supplied with the extension cable, seems to lose connectivity if the cables are under any tension , so I will have to get a replacement. I might get another 1m cable so I can make a good socket point. Other than that it all works fine. No interference with radio or vice versa.

A mate has a small stick on antenna, buts its just literally a sticker, about 4 inches high. He placed it on the outside at the bottom/middle of the windscreen. Says it works fine..

Good morning. Has anyone mounted a 6.6dBi antenna on one of these brackets?
