    Exhaust Upgrade SDV8

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has done an exhaust upgrade on their SDV8?

If so, where did you get it from, what did it cost and what are your thoughts on it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Craig

Yes Craig why? More noise maybe? Hope you are enjoying it. Found a setting on mine that seems to increase the growl from the engine..Dynamic and the racing helmet opens up various engine and suspension settings. Great fun but will have to be carefully, it really gets into it's stride at around 90kph! Might have to go to NT.

    Hey Jools,

Haven't picked it up yet.......tomorrow afternoon.

You know me, like to have a bit of a play with them. ECU tune, make them breath better and add a free flowing exhaust etc etc etc

    Cheers, Craig

CSBrissie had the exhausts of his TDV8 L322 replaced by Roo Systems in Qld at the same time as a remap.

I don;t know about the SDV8's But a mild chip and a 4in stainless exhaust makes a Hell of a diferance on the 79 series V8's

Would be interested to know if this is a proper remap or a piggy back unit. Also where or who does the maps it takes a lot of time to develop correct maps just plugging a piggy back module in to cheat the system is a very average way to do an upgrade.
