    And it continues,

    Lets hope the new Defender is better sorted....but on the manufacturers recent record,i would have to say maybe not.

    As i said on another post,some US car mob recently did a long term test on a RR Velar.Quite a few ongoing issues with it as well.

    Many of the vehicles from Thailand,Japan are just so far ahead with this type of stuff, its ridiculous.

    Maybe we get 'export quality' here ? Mine has been faultless.

    It seems that the entertainment system is the most prominent issue. I wonder if the new "Pivi-pro" system in the defender is more reliable. In car electronics has always been wanting in land Rovers in terms of features and function. I think they've been trying to improve but in doing so their QC on the new stuff has missed the mark.

    It'll be interesting if there is ever a comparison of between the UK and Slovakia for the reliability of the products they manufacture.

    BTW, mine has also been faultless.

    Interesting that the photo they have of the discovery sport is actually a discovery 5...
