but if you track the official servicing it seems to have done over 40K between services...
so I asked the question last Friday, and was assured it HAD been serviced,, they just couldnt quite tell me by who---
and still cant..
the question is,, how much is it worth without that service....
so, what happens when you put the VIN in osh.landrover.com ?... Just the over 40k km services ?
No proof of services, is a hard one,difficult to put a $ figure on it.
I would probably move on, unless the proof turns up.
But thats just me.

I was going to say that it might be OK based on your 1st info about servicing but....no, not if it's 40K/2yrs between services as Paul says. It's possible that this was a dealer car in Brisbane (which might explain the early service @ 10 mths old) then sold on to someone in WA who's either skipped regular servicing or had at least one service at an independent. At this point, unless they can provide some history, walk on by mate.
