Admittedly This is my first time using the redarc pro,,, van brakes work fine with manual application and I can feel them doing stuff on the road...
I really dont think it has anything to do with the van...

I have it booked in to a workshop that has a proper automotive brake tester, but regardless am putting new kits through both..

Rebuilding multi piston calipers is so much fun.... I did some 4 pots and pushing all the pistons out can be interesting. Good luck, it does sound like some of you pistons are returning as they should.

Pick the car up in the morning,, second hand phone report from Mechanic says two pistons seized, the Gentleman that does the actual rebuilds always sends a report with the calipers so I am looking forward to reading it.

Really nice to find a problem...

Apparently there were 4 pistons that needed attention, all on the left caliper, and naturally there are no repair kits for these yet,, so I got a mix of new subi, MG and toyota bits up front. the pistons were cleaned up and reused. Does sound a bit second hand but this guy is where Pacific LR send all the calipers they need work done on anyway... and after talking to him twice i am very happy to have him do the work.

That's a bugger. I suppose the car had been sitting unused for quite sometime. It should be all plain sailing from here on.
    Cheers,
