    12V at rearview mirror?

Does the small console that houses the sunroof and shade switches contain 12V?
I have a new TPMS ( with 8 sensors!! ) that fits nicely right up next to the mirror, but is powered by a cigarette plug...

oh and looking at the size and shape of that console, does anything else use it?

I share your interest in this topic Pedro - some cars have a USB socket in the overhead console (eg. Toyota Land Cruiser) which is mighty helpful for running a Dash Cam.....but alas, not the RRS. Mine is a 2021 model and it's still not available.
And what a shame that RRS doesn't come with TPMS as standard - it is high time these utility/safety features were struck off the option list and made standard. I'd rather have TPMS than heated rear seats, which came standard in mine.

Really need a power source overhead. TPMS and camera. Its a pain to power these from cigarette lighter sockets.

It’s easy and more functional to run your own.
Tap into internal fuse box and run a LVC.
That way it’s also recording when parked…

I was able to find a 12v source in there to run a small 12v to USB 5v adapter also then housed in that console to give me 5v power to run a dash cam (stick on the window type). I did a write up of it some time ago including how to remove the console to get inside it. (some of the details I recall getting from some other site)... I might have a look and see if I can find it.

This is what I have done, It's very easy to run a cable up the LHS A pillar and under the hood lining.
