Problem with carplay unit in a L494

    Hi Gents,
I have a carplay unit that was installed in the vehicle before i purchased it. It is both bluetooth and wired.
I do not know what brand it is and have no instructions.
It reports in my iphone as Car Audio_7e10. Can anybody tell me what unit is is and or why mt iphone 14 will not pair to it. The unit works when connected by cable.
Copy of instructions would be good.
    Thanks in advanced.

Thanks for the reply it is not that one. Mine is running through where the navigation screen should be. So works on the normal car screen not a replacement. All normal car functions are still there.

It's quite possibly something like this : NETPLAY-I70 | network

Check the manual https://www.networkwws.com/_files/ug...15a26d9a4f.pdf to see if the screens are similar.

Also, have a look through these to see if anything looks familiar : Naviplus CarPlay | CarPlay Android Auto GPS | 9/35 Garden Rd, Clayton VIC, Australia

Hi Brad thanks for the info looks to be the NETPLAY-I70 as the screen shots match.
Would like to know who else has one the same. CarPlay works wired for navigation but has no sound. Better than nothing.

I have one. Have you accidentally turned the volume down on the netplay box? It's in the settings menu.

I had wireless carplay set up for a while but there are a couple of places in Perth where the mobile network interferes with it and was causing me sound drop outs, so I went back to wired.
Mine came set up originally as wireless only, I had to get into the factory config menu to enable wired also.
