A bit more detail , there is a fault code that won't clear when engine is running, I believe this is the reason regen is halted. I am now thinking the the outlet side pipe frpm DPF to pressure sensor may be blocked as the differential voltage does not change, .337 , engine running of not.I think but do not know for sure if a voltage of .5 or more should be standard.

BY the way if anyone else wants to replace these hoses the size is 8 mm . The outlet hose had crystalised and was hard , if you do maintanence I would suggest a change so you don't go though what I am dealing with.

I can't offer any advice other than if your DPF hardware hasn't been working it is entirely possible the DPF is blocked beyond what the car is capable of regenerating and it may need an external clean.

When mine played up the first time, the mechanics said it's not terribly uncommon for a "bit of ****" to get stuck in one of the pipes. If I were in your shoes I'd take off the pipes at the sensor end and give them a blast of compressed air to make sure they're clear.

Yes blowing out with compressed air is my next job. If not blocked it is a new sensor, quote $350 but have found one online cheaper.

Well cleared the lines but voltage still .337 so pressure sensor still not working. Does anyone know what the voltage should be?

No, but as its a differential sensor for relatively low pressures you could test it by putting a bit of hose on each port and blowing into it in turn. Every differential pressure sensor I've worked with has sat at about the midpoint. More pressure in one port makes it swing one way and vice versa.

If you put a bit of 8mm vinyl hose on one nipple you should be able to see the voltage vary on the Gap as you apply mouth pressure to it.

0.3V sounds pretty much slammed up hard in one direction. The other thing you can do is unplug the sensor and see what voltage you get. That'd help narrow it down to wiring or sensor.
