    Evoque door actuator faults

Recently picked up our new 2nd Hand 2014 Evoque, and it seems that it actually has two doors not latching/ locking correctly

    1) Front passenger door won't lock with the remote, or when the drivers door lock is moved. Only way to lock it is by moving the lock knob on the passenger door itself (central locking still works from this knob) which also locks all the doors.

    2) Rear passenger door won't unlock unless you do a double press of the unlock on the keyfob. Lcoks are set to multipoint entry so it should from my understandin g only require 1 press to unlock, even if doublelocked.

Is the lock actuator part of the latch on the evoque?? seems to me I've got two dodgy latch/actuators, which different symptoms. Thoughts??

I would assume the Evoque is like all other late model Land Rovers, where the central locking actuator is part of the latch. Replacement is the fix.
