    Agreed..other than comments on a US dealers website.

    My guess is JLR will release 90/110, then when the luxury of extra cash allows, launch multiple variants. Who knows they might surprise us.

    Agree it certainly wouldn't be hard for them to do 110 dual cab, back door has window section separate to door. Roof looks separate to lower. Would need different roof without alpine windows shown, capped off sides and rear door.

    100% designs would have already been done and agree maybe protos are getting around.

    That second-last photo in the previous post is the one I meant. It certainly looks to me that it could be a dual cab with a canopy, under the camo.

    Stumbled upon this comment which is very encouraging, in fact thinking about people that have actually seen it in person quoted previously on this thread, most if not all comments have been similar.

    I hadn't noticed before how the rear end narrows to the tailgate like the D5 and unlike the D3/4. The D5 has plenty of cargo area like the D3/4 but a smaller door to access it.

    D3,D4 had lower tailgate that stopped you reaching right in?

    New defender looks to be full door side opening like current but wider door?

    Would not take much to have a wider door than original.

    Yes but its still a narrower (tappered) opening than the D3/4. Agree there's no tail gate in the D5 which is handy to move right up to the cargo bay, but as all D3/4 owners will attest, the tail gate was good to sit/stand on. Oh, and every D5 owner over 6' would have smacked their forehead on the tailgate at least once...............

    The new Def will be more (god forbid!) Prado-like re the rear door. Pluses and minuses. It would be good if like the Prado, the rear glass opens for quick access.
