It’s interesting - I have read a lot of comments from new owners (world wide) that say “picked up my Defender, have to go back later for the accessories to be fitted”.

I have no doubt that Covid19 has contributed to this.

    It’s just interesting.

Nice rig. Show Us Your (All New) Defender

Gave the 110 a run today, Sydney northern beaches to Silos Wine estate in Berry,
it performed perfectly, no rattles or squeaks, well apart from the case of wine we
    purchased 😉

well they only managed to fit the side steps after having the vehicle all day, it looks like the rest of the accessories will have to wait for another day..

well the accessories have now been fitted, so phase 1 is complete, now for a long wait to see if OL/ARB/TJM come out with a decent front bar in the future .. tick tock

Cool Tazzie, the Tasman blue defender

Our first big trip in Tazzie, was coincidentally to Tasmania. Already done a few K's and getting some nice accessories fitted like the expedition roof rack, mud flaps, snorkel etc.
This first photo taken in northern Tasmania (Narawntapu Nationa Park). Its a D240S. We routinely get over a thousand Ks per tank if driven 'nicely'! Second photo on top of Mt Wellington in the fog. Bike rack worked well over the holiday too btw.

    Nice colour!
If you go down to Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula look out for a white one.
It lives somewhere near my holiday shack at White Beach Nubeena, as I've seen it a few times in the area over the past coupla months.
    Before: Ser 2a LWB, Ser 3 S/W, 1979 RR 2 door, 1981 LR Stage 1 V8 (new), 1985 LR 110 V8 County (new), 2009 RRS TDV8
    Now: MY13 D4 TDV6. "E" rear diff. Cambo's magic Engine & Auto Tune.

Excellent! We are planning to get down there again in March/April, as long as the borders allow - we have to travel thru Victoria . Love Tassie in the autumn, actually love it all the time. We're hoping to do a few walks like Walls of Jerusalem, maybe the three capes, depends how young we feel! We love our new defender, soooo nice to drive.
    Cheers
    Always wave
