    18" rims for defender.

I have seen that video too. I have spoken with Tuffant in Queensland and apparently the guy in Denver swapped the brake callipers for a set off a Discovery in order to fit the 18” wheels. They’re not sure too many customers will want to do that. Tuffant are keen to order a D300 themselves but are holding off until they can have a better look and try to fit 18’s without a brake calliper swap. Hopefully they will manage that. I wonder about legal, insurance and warranty issues with a calliper downsize? I’m sure Tuffant will have answers to those questions before they put anything to the Australian market.

At least a caliper swap keeps the rotor size as per original so shouldn't cause any issues.

that is exactly what has put me off, not sure of either the legal or insurance position by swapping out the callipers.
I will wait to see if someone can come up with a solution that does not require a level of "fettling" with the brakes
