Defender 2020 TD240 18 inch Wheel Swap

Resurrecting my old thread. Finally got my act together bought 18 inch wheels and purchased 5 Land Rover valves with TPMS sensor.
Does anyone know if Land Rover sensors need to be programmed or are they plug and play (so to speak).

No programming needed, as far as I know.

Thats what I thought hoped would be the case. Spoke to two dealer service departments and two completely different answers.

I was quoted $284 per sensor by my LR dealer [bigsmile] as I plan to sell the 19” with the AT Adventures,
I may go for retrofitting the existing TPMS sensors to the Tuff Ant 18” and have normal valves fitted
to the LR OEM wheels that we take off
