Just posted on Insta, Tuff Ant have certified the 18” package for P400/D300 models,
assume there could be a whole load of 19” wheels hitting gumtree in the near future,

That's a big step forward to decent rubber on sensible sized rims.

It was only a matter of time!
    Cheers,

Does changing the brake calipers affect the braking performance? Or is it just a housing thing?

TuffAnt had to get the replacement setup certified to show that it didn't degrade the braking performance. You're using the same rotors and pads, just different calipers. As far as we can tell from outside LR, the only practical difference in the caliper is the lump on the back that maybe acts as a mud scraper.

Does anyone actually know how this is done? Is there testing involved, engineers, engineering modeling?
Or is it more like a "GVM upgrade" from your local suspension super store?

And any brake related warranty issues, who will cover that?
    Regards

it’s a pity LR don’t do it at manufacturing level.
