    The dimensions look smaller. Has any one compared them to the original ?

    Thanks, Just bought the T Handle shovel for the back of my Lightweight, have been looking for one of these for ages.

    Here's my pioneer tools.
    I understand they are spec for the SIII (yes, even the plastic handled cyclone shovel)
    All except for the pick handle that is, it's a regular hardware store job.
    Going by the shape of the holder, it should be smaller and / or rectangular.. similar to an adz handle maybe?
    I've stained the handles and cleaned all the steel on the wire wheel before a couple of coats of red primer, will finish in a matt black enamel.
    I don't expect to be using them!, besides the tools are small and not intended for serious use. More to aid in recovery work etc I suspect.
    I keep an old 'incorrect' set for bush trips where they might actually be needed.
