Thanks Baciat, haven't had the vehicle long and looking for options heard about the overdrive and thought I'd ask the forum for opinions all have been great except the one from the troglodyte will probably not use this forum again if that is the standard of members

sometimes things aren't what they appear, the troglodyte you speak of, is held in pretty high regard by the vast majority of those here... and has been exceptionally helpful to many here.

everyone has an off day every now and then, so i respectfully ask you put that one behind you and move on.

if you ever get to meet the man in the flesh you'll soon find out what i am on about.

Thanks Inc. I will take a bow.
I am already embarrassed over this.
Now Brad, this is absolutely the best Land Rover Forum, esp for info on Perenties. They are all a good bunch on here, (except for me) so you hang in here and make use of all the good advise offered.
Sometimes you have to separate the grain from the straw but you will find that out any way.

I don't know why one would want to put a O/drive onto a 6x6 as they should be quite capable of 90/95+ on the highway (convoy speed) but that could be pushing, if it was a hard body Ambo or W/shop.but a lightly loaded GS should have no problem.
