My FFR has a Bosch distributor.
Condensor is difficult to find, I found something similar and had to solder a lead to it. I remember ordering one in that looked correct in the FuelMiser catalogue but the mounting bracket was a mirror image of what I needed (and it cost about $40)
Rotor has a resistor in it that can give problems. Found a replacement, from memory it was listed as a VW part.
Four Wheel Drives in Melbourne had the points on the shelf.
I'll have a look in the box of parts I've accumulated and see if there are any part numbers.
Here we go.....
Points HYL6871 from Four Wheel Drives, no manufacturers details.
Rotor BH77, FuelMiser from Autobarn/Repco/SuperCheap. Listed as Peugeot & VW
Condensor BC446, FuelMiser from Autobarn/Repco/SuperCheap. Listed as BMW & Volvo but needs modification to fit.
FuelMiser list part numbers for the 6-cyl civvie distributor (I have a copy of a old catalogue).
I looked at the BC446 condensor and from memory it's the moulded plastic bush that needs to be modified. The Condensor has a wire that passes through the bush which is deigned to fit in a recess in the distributor, everything else was correct except the shape of the bush (I was going to attack it with a file but never got round to it....)
AllFour list the condensor at $40 but out-of-stock. Also list points at $39.60. Four Wheel Drives were about 1/2 that price but it was a couple of years ago.
