Hello, just after some info, I just picked up some hood sticks and windscreen from an ex military series 2 or 2a swb and they did not have the two support arms between the main hoops with the middle smaller hoop with it, nor the rope tiedown piece that goes on the top of the windscreen. The seller was adamant that the Australian army swb's used a different design of canvas hood than the British ones and therefore came without the extra pieces. Is this true or have I been done over? Under 'Restoration Information', 'Series 2 & 2a Land Rover Canopy Information' it shows an 88".
It has the two support arms and smaller hoop.
The windscreen has a number of tabs for the rope to loop under.
You could ask the question on the REMLR forum to get confirmation.
