Hi Marcello, I have a 1965 workshop and whilst I don't know what its worth in $$$ its worth heaps to me. It's the best vehicle I've ever owned. I found mine 10 years ago and have slowly restored it. It's currently off the road and that happens time to time. There's always something you need to fix but that's the nature of these beasts. The rear left brake pipe burst just as I parked it in the driveway 3 weeks ago and i'd say its the original pipe. And the wiper motors need some TLC to get going again... a bit of grease required I'd say. It's all part of the fun. Once they're up and running, they're unstoppable.

Sorry forgot to mention, I paid $1000 for mine but the motor and electricals were 100% in operating order. I needed to replace the master / slave clutch cyclinders, replace a front window, find a new LHS door top and straighten the RHS chassis main member. So if the one you've seen doesn't have an operating motor I'd agree with the other fellows and go for $500. Check the chassis and make sure its straight. I didn't know mune was bent until i realised I couldn't turn the wheel to the right. But if you really like I'd say don't be afraid to offer a bit more if it comes to that.
