Thanks everyone for the info, greatly appreciated

I'll talk to KLR Automotive at Kingswood, they are close to where I live and have serviced my Disco when the previous owner I bought it from had it. I recently had the clutch master & slave cylinders replaced there. I can't get around under vehicles any more due to a couple of work injuries
Looks like the LPG is the way to go, the V8i petrol is a bit of a shock after driving a 2.5 litre intercooled turbo diesel Pajero for a while! Ouch

    Thanks again for the advice.
    Will.

Skuba Tanks and Dickie Seat Images

BBarkz asked for some images of the 60 litre scuba tanks fitted into the back to illustrate that the dickie seats continue to operate. Obviously, unless you are under 10 years old, you wouldn't want to be seated there for long.

I made up a simple table type cover from alumininium SHS tube and connectors from Bunnings with ply top and marine carpet. It is great for placing my fridge on when we go camping to keep away from moisture and dirt.

The rear seats still fold down also. So apart from losing a 200mm depth of cargo space, the whole set up works pretty well.

Thanks wattysan,Have you taken the drop down support off the seats? If so does that affect RWC or insurance as they have been modified??Thanks....

Yep all good - though I blew a few MAF sensors in my 99D2 - Also blew an air filter box apart - twice. Also the hood liner once caught fire - but since it was tuned by west gas in campbeltown it's been a treat. Over two years I had problems then one trip to a gas specialist and been it's great - 350km per fill up. Now looking at one of those Marrelli systems from the UK.

Which is why I fitted a steel air cleaner box to my P38A when I had the old LPG system.
