LPG deregulated in australia about 3 months ago.

bloody ridiculous, I thought we had our own LPG resources in Oz, even with some import the price should be more stable nationwide than it is
When I sold my first disco ('95 rossignol 3dr in Caprice) I was paying like 35cpl :/, its around 80 now (I'm sure it was under 60 around March last year when I sold my lpg ute)
I'm looking at getting a disco again and wondering whether the conversion is worth it but I guess at $1800 per 20000km (about a years travel for me)...it'll only take couple years to redeem itself

Went up on Wednesday from 52.9 - 57.9 to 72.9 in the afternoon. I managed to find an independent on Thursday with 57.9 but IMO cheap LPG is over for another year.:(:(:(
