    Mt Airlie 28th 29th May

    G'day all

Next tuff trip is an overnighter to Col's Place. Come either or both days.

These are tuff trips, not necessarily for tuff trucks. Mt Airlie is short but challenging.

Contact me for me more details & places available - either pm here or max@pegler.com.au

    Regards
    Max P

Let me know if you're in them and want them to be more private.

    posting club trips

    Andy,
when you post videos or photos of club trips, can you not identify the club or the exact location. (take the "LROC" out of the titles and descriptions)
this is to protect the club from any greenie trouble or any inadvertent entry into enclosed lands. it has happened before and the club (me) had to run a project for 3 years on the private property to make amends - it all turned out good and for the better, but could have been very nasty.
max can go into further details.

    Thanks for the videos Andy!
I just wish the air filter housing wasn't rattling, my County sounded so tinny! Wasn't the only thing that rattled loose that trip either

On the Saturday, after dropping off the cars that weren't going the distance...where does the track that goes straight where we passed the Jackaroo and should have turned right go? Is that the way to 'The Grotto' canyon, and is the track 'interesting'? Google Earth doesn't have much detail.

EDIT: Here's the one video I took, on Sunday. Like Andy's vids it is unlisted.

Will's rangie in action, can you hear the bang?

Hey guys, Thanks to every one who helped get my car out last sunday, much appreciated. The damage report was not to bad as it was only a broken planetry gear and diff pin. Unsure as to what broke first? the gear or the pin? seems the little clip which holds the pin in place had sheered off. beacuse there was no bang just a metal ping sound i think, then no drive.

New diff in and all good. maybe a little less right boot next time.

Both, the wheel and tyre are beyond repair.

    Cheers
Will.PS. I am really bad with names, so could you all PM me with your name and your 4b, so i can write a report for the mag.
