I am sure you could but I think using alum poles would be lighter - just trying to keep the weight down as I intend doing some long trips chasing the gleaming stuff and will be carrying lots of go juice and water in under tray tanks plus extra spares and a palfinger crane in the centre front of the back. I am going to make up some DPP curtains from the same material to tie onto the flaps and might even put a camo net over the top just to go totally incognito!!! I have a few of them tucked away in the shed.

Does anyone have theirs setup for sleeping in the back?
I had my with a double mattress but it makes putting gear in a bit painful as I had to take it in and out each day.
