What is your ultimate ex ADF touring vehicle setup?

A LARC 5 is currently for sale in NSW if you have 50 K.
The LARC is only good for 50KPH on Land

There's one for sale in Vic as well.

Yes, John, I've been up and personal with a LARC tyre. A few, actually. LARCs.

Interestingly, they didn't do too well at ANARE. Performed their duties admirably. However, the constant dipping in and out of the icy waters cracked their hulls.

I wouldn't really have one, it was tongue in cheek. Oh, I'd love to be in a position to buy one from a collectors POV, but as a driver? Nope.

Mainly due to not doing a lift but maintaining wheel articulation. The difference of 20mm on the tyre when deflated across all 6 is negligible. Most people drive 4x4 and don't understand the difference of the 6x6. Driven differently they can out perform most vehicles. Go slow, pick the line, deflate the tyres. Not much difference to a 4x4 but there is no forgiveness in the 6x6 for mistakes. They do more damage to everything faster due to weight and size. Basically if you want to play get a 4x4, if you load carry and will go slow a 6x6 is very capable. Tyres for reality not looks.

I have 2.

#1. 6x6 dual cab with winch, snorkel, Trayon camper on the back, running dick cepek extreme country 235/65R16 with 4 spares.

#2. FFR with winch, turbo, snorkel, solar panels, 235/65R16 dick cepek extreme country's with 2 spares, 750k trailer.

I could run as a historical vehicle but I've been driving rovers for years in Perentie form, so I want to make it how I would for my comfor and fun.

Thanks for the comments. Yes ex-army. Bit of an unusual one. 300tdi with stock motor.
