    PTO

Can anyone tell me if you can fit a 6x6 pto to a 4x4 perentie? I believe both variants use the LT95 box but may have slight variations.

    No problem.
Just have to change the input gear in the top PTO hole for the one with the sprocket that chain drives the bottom PTO.
    Do you have one?
I have a spare here I dont need.

It will bolt straight on but the difference between the two is the torque limiter. It is loaded higher for the weight of the 6x6. But you can still use it as is as long as you are aware of the winch limitations. If you want to adjust it all you have to do is remove 4 balls and springs from inside the torque limiter assembly. The 4x4 has 8 and the 6x6 uses 12. Your 4x4 Perentie will have the correct gear already on the rear of the mainshaft.

    Pto

Thank you both for your reply. Unfortunately I missed out on the pto at the auction. (went for $19 too) so no longer need parts etc. Wanted to build up a pto driven winch but possibly too hard to source rest of parts. Anyhow plenty of other jobs to be completed.
