Possibly all the ex-ADF turbo ones are all the same and you might get lucky with a good P/N, but in general there are a few variants of the 4bd1/t head and thermostat housing so even if you get a hit on a particular part no. at your supplier, it may or may not actually fit your engine.
My advice is to grab some gasket paper from your local bearing shop and make one.
If you've never made a gasket before I find the easiest way is to cut a piece roughly to size and lay it on the housing surface. Grab a small ball pein hammer and use the ball end to tap gently around the inside of a couple of the mounting holes.
Depending on how sharp the edge of the housing is and how hard you tap is you'll either get a nice mark that you can cut to, or it will actually cut through completely and you can just remove the circle.
Drop a couple of bolts in those holes to locate the gasket then tap around the remaining holes and the edges then cut/trim as required.
I just picked up some material yesterday to do exactly this job. I got 0.4mm material and it was around the $15 mark for 1000 x 300mm.
