I'd say Mercedes.

They are Merc's. We often get them here in town as we're on the driver training loop. I think the black things on the LH front are some sort of antenna mount by the look of them.

That looks like 51 FNQR, just down the road from me. 6X6s are Mercs. They still have Mogs, but all the Perenties are gone I think.
