It is actually Phelon & Moore - see:

Here's a 1924 model at a rally of Phelon & Moore / Panther bikes:

In a similar vein, check out Alldays & Onions; another all but forgotten manufacturer.

I own a Panther M100 (Phelon & Moore) with a Watsonian Palma sidecar. Not quite as old as the bike in the picture in the first post. I'll have to find some photo's
I also have a couple of the other bikes mentioned in the thread.
Norton Big 4 (tele. front rigid rear)
Vincent Rapide
Plus
Matchless G80L (tele. front rigid rear)
Norton Electra (400cc electric start)
Norton Navigator (350cc version of the above)
What I don't seem to have is the time and/or money to get them on the road.......

I love all the old bikes, if I was to pick one bike, I think it would be a 1927 Indian Chief, I love the style of the bike, just a beautiful looking bike.
I've been riding bikes my whole life, don't think I've ever been without one since I was about 16yrs old.

At the moment I'm "trying" to restore a 1973 Kawasaki H2 750, with any luck it should go from this, it's current condition.

To this, but with expansion chambers, mine is a 1973 model H2A, last model of this paint scheme, not a classic as with the older bikes above, but still a classic bike from the day, mine won't be brought to show room condition, just good to look good and be rideable.
