It would be easier to just walk along traffic with a hand held camera and snap an image of the driver and number plate.

Our vans are up high, the things we see are unbelievable.
I watched a lady reading while she ran into the back of my Kombi. My tow ball went right through her radiator and caused quite a bit of damage. Thankfully i had all but a scratch.
Also watched a young lady P later playing scrabble on her phone in traffic on the M5 in Sydney. I could see she was very slow to move and then braking way latter than she should so kept well clear.

It is the quickest way to get around by a country mile, due to the wonderfull traffic congestion we have.

They all carry defibs and other basic gear.
NSW and Vic have had them for a few years now.
First responders to get to the patient ASAP and initiate treatment and attempt to stabilise them before a stretcher vehicle arrives.

    Cheers, Mick.
