Thread: What 2 wheeled (3 if you have a Spyder) toy do you have?

Yep, you can only lean a big, low slung bike over so far....and it pays to keep both hands on the bars when you are at speed and leaning. Second photo appears like he was too intent on waving at the camera to hang onto the bars.

    Cheers

Yep, the problem is he let go of the left hand to point to the camera mid turn

Ive ridden a fat boy HD before, and let me say they do not handle corners too well IMHO

There's a good reason why Harley riders don't wave to other bikes...

    ... and there's the proof

Looking at the photo, it is a front end loose due to casing out, it can happen to any bike, this is rider error in my opinion, not the bike.

    Agreed Baz...

And to the guys taking the **** out of HD, dont!
They are bikes built for cruising, not corners... not every bike has to be a sports bike....
I've had sports bikes, I now ride a power cruiser (Suzuki Boulevard M109R)..
Its still corners great for a long heavy cruiser, but it wasnt purchased for that reason...

Its a long road runner, comfy, powerful and enjoyable....

HD are an aural and tactile bike, with a unique riding feeling due to their offset crank (think of the idle - Potato Potato Potato!)... They *feel* different to a balanced Japper....

Most riders just ride something they love, and most HD owners always had those childhood dreams (much like LR owners) and now can afford them.

My only personal dislike of HD is Value for Money. I cant see how they charge the prices and get away with it... Sort of like Toyota really...

It doesn't matter what you ride, it matters that you ride!
