At the moment I commute on a postie bike, however have my KTM450EXC for fun.
The pit bike was for my wife to learn on, but I always ended up racing it with my brother and his mates. Sold it and got a Engel instead.
Had this one (XR600) before the KTM - to play and commute, found out you can't satisfy both needs with the one bike, too much compromising. Went like a tractor on hills though.
And this (XR400) is what I had when I lived up north. This was taken near the start of the rainforest on top of Palm Island.
Matt.
LOL!!
Dont get me started! I used to race those pocket bike, The one I had produced about 18HP on it - doing over 80kph with ya butt about a foot of the ground was great fun![]()

I am on the white bikeand weigh in @ about 95kg lol
Mine's very old fashioned compared to all your serious go-fast machinery.
It plods along nicely for me though.
BTW - nice to see you back again Mike in your version 2 TombRaider mode.
Cheers
David
Ahh, a Speedmaster. The wife's dad is keen on getting one of those.
Well having owned many road bikes and dirt bikes the best by far was the xs650 yamand second best was the last i owned fj 1200 yam = 16 hours qld to melb and a numb but
t
But im about to get back in to a bike but this time a dirt bike a new Klx 250 with a factory 300 kit and a exhaust to help expel them gas,s mainly for fun up the bush
I have also owned many road and trail bikes. Currently own an old (99) RMX 250 but it does everything I need. If I did not need a car for work I would have another road bike as well in a flash but cant justify having a road and trail bike as well as a 4wd.
