Nice Finnie Mick, I have a soft spot for them but wouldn't take one on.
Picked up another 450SEL a few weeks ago, a bit rough but everything works well so I couldn't let her go to someone else.
I know they are not a Classic in the true sense but they are really growing on me.
As for the 6.9's? well Im saving my car tinkering budget to buy one I sourced out your way but its a roughie and sat still a while so she will need oil seals and TLC.
But its worth it for the sheer smile factor when you plant your foot in a 6.9.

This is my other ride. 89' Jaguar XJ40 Sovereign. It's a great car. :D
Only mod I've done to it is the Lenso Wheels. mmmm.. They suit the car so well! :D
