Can anybody identify this flathead V8 block

This flathead v8 block turned up in a pile of sundry rubbish I was shifting. It has absolutely no casting marks or numbers, nothing to identify it that I can see. The bore is approx 78mm or 3.1" (only approx because of scale in the bore).
Can anybody tell me what it might be? Other than a great dingy mooring, I mean.
    Thank you

It is a Ford but what model ? The exhaust ports running from one side of the block to the other brand it as Ford. This poor design feature is what made the engine unpopular in the north and west of Australia. Tea kettles.
