Thats if you knew they were fitted,and what size pin punch you needed,and it was during the day,maybe.

That is true. Thieves will often smash what they can't steal sadly. There is little point these days with locking anything. Just ask the cops, the junkies just carry a 4" cordless angle grinder with a 1mm wheel in it ............ they work in pairs. The other person holds a blanket/cloth of some sort and smothers the sparks. Apparently its nowhere near as loud as you imagine. They'll cut through expensive hardened lock nuts and padlocks like a knife through hot butter.

I just keep my ****box looking as un-appealing as possible. Hopefully there is nothing there anyone wants to steal!

Needlenose or circlip pliers would be the removal tools of choice there.

Can't see an issue unless the 'nut' has been glued on with something.
