    Those wobbly front idlers can be a bugger to fix on the cheap.
    Dad’s 45ci had roller bearings in heavy oil ,140 I think., the 50ci use grease ,which seems to stay in better.

    It’s the old conundrum , a machine is useless if it cannot work, but how much money can be spent, to make it work.

    At least you can maintain social distancing fiddling with old gear, on a bad day even the dog disappears.

    Bit like that......lots need a tidy up, but it’s all $$

    Owner is also talking about making the blade hydraulic tilt now.

    Now and and then that idea drifted through my head.

    There is a spare spool on mine, but the rams I had where too long, too weak, pitted,bent, and I was not about to buy any! The rams some farm tractors have to assist the 3pl,or side shift would be about right .

    Certainly is a great addition though.

    It already has 3pl / ripper, so prob easier to change to a 3 spool valve, or even 4 and give it a set of remotes as well.
