Its a bit late now, but if you need to to aid in removing the liners if you're not going to reuse them you can get them up to just about fall out by running 3 or 4 vertical stitch welds up the inside with a ring weld at the support rings.
If you "tear" the bottom end of the liner with an extractor you can top pull them by knocking up a sub diameter bar, heating it up to around 300 degrees, suspending it in the center of the sleeve and then welding it in place (I use a pair of wood chips wedged in from the bottom to center it and hold it while welding) from the top and then investigating the contents of the cans in the loctite fridge before rigging up the extractor.
