    They should dim OK...like the interior lights There have been posts in other places re. changing the colour of the instrument panel lighting to "red" or "white" ...whatever...

    I have just done the job myself. Replaced all three globes behind the display after the display finally blacked out altogether. Straightforward job, using the instructions on the link to RangeRovers.net. Took about 2 hours overall.

    I bought two globes at Supercheap for $6.70, then had to get some more after hours and bought two more at the local APCO servo for $2.85. So Supercheap isn't!

    Willem, did you fit LEDs or incandescent globes? I have my dash out at the moment and it could be a good time to try LEDs.

    Just ordinary incandescents. Time prevents me from experimenting too much.
