I replaced my radiator, hoses and thermostat today.
A new radiator had been put in last July when I had the head gaskets replaced, but the radiator seemed to develop a leak in the top tank.
I had bought the radiator from Gary at CLR 4WD parts last July. When I contacted him a few weeks ago about the leak, he sent me a new one the next day.
You can't ask for better service than that.
Since I was doing it, I bought a new thermostat and hoses to put on at the same time.
I am a very slow worker but the whole thing took me about 4 hours this arvo. Didn't remove the fan, its quite easy to get the radiator out by fiddling with the bottom cowl section.
I also hate those spring clips so replaced them with screw up type hose clamps.
