Any photos of factory decat pipes?

    Gents,

I'm looking for photos of factory non cat exhausts mounted on first P38 for Australian market.

Is there any PN for this?

    Thanks

    Florent

I don't think that no cat thing happened Flo.

However, we recently bought a '94 for parts. That would have to make it one of Australia's very first.

I may be able to get some pic's up for you in a few weeks when i get up to Sydney (unless Paul or Andy can confirm earlier).

Well I am confused then... my 95 has cats but is pre O2 sensor fitment. But I am pretty sure cat's were a requirement from around '89 over here in OZ

Yeah Dave, that '94 P38 ex LR Press Vehicle we have stashed away at an undisclosed location has got cats... 99.9% sure of that.

    Cheers, Paul.

Recently got some work done on my exhaust system by a reputable exhaust company, and they told me that (in NSW at least) if a car came with cats, they HAVE to be on... by law. They could end up with a $10000 fine if they get busted and your car is immediately unroadworthy. (also meaning if you have an accident, the insurance company has an escape clause)
