The mechanic should be able to use his Testbook/FaultMate/Snapon to disable the alarm and immobilizer until you can sort out the key fob and door lock(?) issues.
If you want to be able to diagnose and clear faults yourself, and plan to keep your P38 for more than a year or so, a FaultMate is a worthwhile investment. I can supply these through Hard Range. A few of the guys here like the Hawkeye tool, but I can't speak with any authority on them as I have not used it.
Be careful going for different sized wheels/tyres. You need 5 wheels/tyres with the same outside diameter. Being a permanent 4wd the P38 does not like having different sizes.

Word of warning. Spacers are illegal. You will also have a rougher ride on 20" rims due to lower profile tyres / less side wall.

I'm not sure on size, I read about this recently, if you do a search on this forum you should find a post on it. They are available on eBay. What the post said is the issue is that although the stud pattern is the same, the centre boss on the new RRs are bigger, this results in the wheel moving. The spacers, or fillets, ensure that the later wheels fit properly.
I could be wrong, but I think you need to search for spiggot rings or locating rings.
As DT-P38 said you will need Spigot rings to centre your rims. Not spacers. Spacers are used to widen cars track and are illegal in Australia
