What was your long term trims before you reset the values? I am still leaning toward MAF, as they can fail while still showing sensible looking values (their output curve must skew somehow).
If MAF is ruled out with a spanking new one, then check LTFT for evidence of exhaust leaks before cats or intake air leaks after MAF.
I'm not sure as Business Connected was at the controls of his Nanocom; I must get my own.
Yesterday I swapped the Crank Sensor back and then went to pick my daughter up from school. Having disconnected the fuel pipes when cleaning the filter I was low on fuel and during the trip the car was slow on the uptake with lack of power. After pick up I head to the garage and undo the petrol cap and there's a huge rush of air, bigger than I recall. Put in fuel, return home and the car is fine.
This morning starts on the button, drive 10kms and she starts to lose power. Park, undo petrol filler cap and whoosh. Leave filler cap loose and on return journey all is well.
Question at this point is this the real issue or am I just imagining an improvement, stay tuned!
Was the "Woosh" in or "out"? It may be that if the tank is under vacuum causing fuel starvation...there may be a fault with the carbon filter valving... check the 'box' attached to the chassis - driver's side

Petrol fillers caps should let air in with a little restriction. Caps fail all the time. Any Falcon/Holden screw cap will fit and work properly. Let the cap de-fume, apply your lips to the centre button, see how easily air can be pulled into the tank. New caps require very little suction to open.
Checked the fuel temp sensor?
You need to determine fuel pressure at the fuel rail me thinks.
I would say the rush of air/vacum on an empty tank is normal.
Well it's not the fuel cap. I write this as I sit stranded in Chadstone.
I'm not sure how to check the fuel tank sensor.
Car starts and runs when cold and was hesitant but OK, got over the Westgate and through the tunnel (phew) and power started to decrease at Burwood Hwy turn off. Suddenly loss of power and chugging and misfiring.
Now waiting for RACV. I think it needs to go to the garage!
Got the car towed to Pat at American British in Brooklyn and he said he'd have a fiddle. First time I've been there and Pat was really nice.
The RACV guy thought it might be the Throttle Sensor, Pat said he thinks it's the MAF.
After all that mucking about with MAF sensors, Crank sensors, fuel filters and the rest, it's now in the hands of someone who can do more than I can.
Just got a phone call: it's the MAF sensor - so even though BC and I swapped out the MAF, the replacement was no good either - sod's law.
Anyway, have to shell out a bit more than I would if I were doing it myself, but it's been done properly and I have my Rangie back on the road, so I couldn't be happier :D
As I mentioned before mate... That MAF seemed to work fine in a 1997 Car with Oxygen Sensors... but doesn't like the 95 Cars without :(
Doesn't make any sense... but has been what I've found thus far.
In saying that I ran it for about 2 weeks with the only issue being a hesitation on initial takeoff with Accelerator Fully Depressed. Everything else drove ok.

Well, it went back last Wednesday and it's not the MAF.
Can only say that it starts well, but is still a little hesitant and is a bit sluggish. Then, after 10 or so Kms, when it is warm it starts to lose all acceleration and there is no power. Lumpy idle but does not stall. If you push the accelerator it misfires until you ease off to a point where it will go.
