P38 Winch bar

Put a set of baby halogen driving lights on the bullbar and you'll have that sorted.

Just don't use the fog light switch. One of my cars doesn't have fog lights (they were cracked & discoloured) - the bulb fail warning only comes on if I activate the switch.
