That's alright mate! I've included basic info on yours like the spacer heights, same with other varying info I could find on the folks who haven't sent emails.
Benji, Sean, Gary - you've got mail!
One thing I'm keen to add which I just forgot (and now don't have time to do until next week) is the height chart. No biggie, I think that it's a minor detail.
Any other of you lifted lads who want to cast your eyes over Draft #2, flick me an email (addy above).
Cheers
Keithy
Hey Keithy ,
Put me down as Hard Range kit including my own design rear sensor extensions ( pics already posted some time ago) but can provide if needed.
Also have front swaybar disconnects & later version of hard range rear spacers. Was running Boss shocks front & rear but now only on front with bilstein fronts on the rear.
I recalibrated all height settings so that I am in low end of each of Access/Highway/Standard and upper end of range in Offroad. this provides for closer to stock heights in lower setting even allowing for50mm spacers ( except when I put on my 33" BFG Muddies!
Also gives greatest jump in height when offroad is required!
I was also part of Daves group buy on Poly bush Kits ( which I still have not fitted yet as I also want to do all tie rods & ball joints at same time & I am considering other options for shocks as not happy with current setup there.
Have also fitted Pauls EAS bypass kit.
Hope this helps.
Keithy - sent you a pm requesting your email address so I can send you some info.
For your height chart, with a 50mm lift kit, distance from centre of wheel cap to underside of guard will typically be (mm):
Access = 410
Highway - 480
Normal = 515
High = 565
Note: these were my recommendations for the HRA Lift Kit. Your preferences may vary.
Cheers, Paul.
My email address is in post #1!!
Might grab some pics of your custom height sensors Martin, I had a look but couldn't find pics the other day
D'oh, just re-read the thread... and I missed your cut off date. I'll send it to you anyway. Might be something useful in there.
Thanks Paul! It's not too late to add stuff! I'm on night shift til Wednesday and the way things are going I'll have a fair bit of time!
Pic Attached Keithy showing sensor mod with min / max lengths.
Can be adjusted in situ so once fitted I am able to set both rear sensors to identical values.
