Anybody seen this. Looks like a rather splendid unmolested example. Well cared for. Top dollar.

Looks like it's been garaged all its life, it is in great condition, 84,000 kms, not too many around like that.
    $26,800? He might be dreamin!

I saw that a few weeks ago, very tidy. I think it'd be a prime example of a well maintained vehicle. Wouldn't buy it to take off-road though ;-)

Very clean, a credit to him. Though $26,000 is a bit rich, you're well and truly in L322 territory. I'd say $16k - $20k tops, and even at that price you would not like anything at all to be wrong with it.

He's trying to get that price based on the low kilometres which I personally don't see as the holy grail in buying a car. Low kms with short distance driving can be just detrimental as high mileage cars.

Well at that price you could have my newish ride. Infact i would give you 30% off. Mine being very late 2001, sequential gas, 150000k New tyres, new gen3`s, new rad, new water pump, all new rotors and pads.. the list goes on.
Have been told from underneath mine is the cleanest example seen in many many years. The inside is pretty much mint.
It will be used for offroading

I like it. Are you serious about selling it?

I too looked at that car when it listed. It probably is one of the best around but $26800 for a 2000 HSE. Hmmm...if it lived up to its presentation of immaculate with no issues then maybe $18G tops for me.

The other thing is that the buyer at the asked for price will battle to get $26800 insurance as insurance companies will go for market value only plus around 10% unless big dollars annually are paid with the smaller specialist insurance companies.

Still -if that had listed 6 months ago I would have been knocking on his door for a chat.

Well as they say everything is for sale at the right price. My intention is to keep and use it as my daily drive and the other Thor 1999 will be up for sale soon. Just a few more jobs on the new, renew engine pulleys and fit trailer brake controller and find a towbar to fit. Finish duel battery setup

Does look very tidy, but anyone notice trailer brake controller, may not have been "little old mans" probably towing boat or horse floats. 84k of what?

I agree, you dont need a brake controller and a CB radio for popping out to pick up your pension. My car hasn`t even got a towbar
