Just wanted to post a correction, as pointed out by Gippslander, when pressing the VC into the bearing, I should have supported the center bearing race so the strain was not taken by the center race. I'd definitely do that next time.
The VC did press into the bearing very easily, I'm not experiencing any problems from this, but if you do this job I would suggest doing that.
The Rangie is beautiful to drive now, much better cornering and feel to the drive, I'm very glad I did this job!
