finally got around to making my remote work and so ive reconnected the rf antenna and relocated my weather station

is there an easy way to tell if the BECM is sleeping?

The red light on the gear selector surround goes dim when the car is off & goes out when the BECM is asleep. It can take a minute or two.

bugga!, goes off after 2min, then comes on again after 30 seconds.
i was sitting inside the car with the doors closed but unlocked.


might have to look at getting upgraded antenna
