I think you have 265/75/16s already, going to 33s on 18s might be 6 of 1 half a dozen of the other, 16s you have you can let more air out of ,may handle the same, can use km2s, won't have rubbing issues ( if it bothers you). You will get slight oh more clearance on 18s with 33s.
Nut even talked myself into it, go the 16s, only being able to go to 18s is a constant issue with L322s. Having more rubber, you can let the Tyres down more to save the suspension, blowing shocks on corrugated roads at low speed as a one l322 owner found out the hard way. I think he was running 20s though but was limited the amount of air he could let out of the Tyres.
Plus you would never want to be in a situation where you say to yourself after spending the money xxxxx wish I had of got the 16s
