EAS reset tool needed urgently Western Sydney

Hi new to forum. Have Nanocom on order. Would really appreciate use of an EAS reset tool urgently. Anyone between Parramatta and Mountains?

PM me, I'm at Emu Plains.

If you need a mechanic, try KLR Automotive at South Windsor. They are Land Rover specialists.

Sorry my Nanocom couldn't talk to your P38A, Greg. We'll try again after you fix the broken wires on the OBD2 port. While I knew my GEMS Nanocom wouldn't work to your Motronics system for the engine diags, I was hoping the EAS diags would work (the Nanocom site indicates it should). I suspect the failure to communicate was due to the broken wires on your socket.

My laptop for the Testbook has been dropped off at KLR Auto by the AULRO member who borrowed it so I'll get out there this week to collect it. It will work on GEMS and Motronics.

Try PMing Bundalene on this forum, he may have an OBD2 socket from a wrecked vehicle. If so, ask if he can cut the wires as long as possible so you can connect it to your wiring.

    Thumbs up

Thanks for your swift response and invaluable assistance this morning. I managed to pickup an OBDII plug from Silverdale.
Different wiring colour but I just matched to existing corroded plug. Regular OBD scanner now works.

    Talking

Big thanks for taking the time to sort wiring of OBDII plug and eventual Eas Fault reset. Once I confirm wiring is sorted i will post up the wiring colours.
My Nanocom is leaving Cyprus today so looking forward to playing later this week.
    Cheers
    Greg
