The airbag fault is probably just a connection needs re-seating.
Disconnect the battery and have a look under the drivers seat for a yellow connector, undo it and reconnect it a couple of times. (That one may only be present for post 1999 models with the seat airbags)
There is also one under the drivers foot well panel, same thing, just undo and reconnect a couple of times.
Reconnect the battery and check the fault centre, that works for me!
The fault should go away without need for fault clearing.
I'm guessing the horn may just be the connections on the steering wheel, one side of mine works, the other does not.
Maybe try pushing the horn several times and see if you can get anything to happen.
