Air Susp lift spacers

Looks like it’s all there except the shocks. The front height sensors get a 20mm metal extension, the rear ones you need to screw together to make the new sensor arm section.

The lift guide has the original HRA install instructions in it.

I just finished the install over the past few weeks.

The ss rods are used to lengthen the rear height sensors. I have found that cutting the lower arm in half and mounting pushing the ends into the tube as far as they will go (without forcing them) makes quite a nice fit. You do need to mark the rods and drill a bit of a hole in them (5 mm drill) since the alan bolt thingy won't fit in (it will not thread) without the extra space. It also makes for an extra secure fit.

The front sensors are easy: the lower pin non the radius arms is bolted in place, just remove it from the radius arm and use those short flat pieces of metal. Bolt on side to the radius arm (check the side) and the pin back in the upper hole, done :)

I did not know the Z brackets were for the front, I used them at the rear... Gotta look into that :)

About the front spacers: I suggest mounting the air springs to the spacers whilst not on the car. The air springs, mine anyway (arnott gen 3's), do not have the mounting stubs at a 90 degree angle, because of this they won't line up with the holes in the spacers. Placing the airspring plastic top in vice and very carefully closing it just a bit will help slide the spacers over the pins. They are a very right fit so getting the retaining clip on might need a bit of effort. Then mount the whole assembly in one go. It's doable ;)

Last but not least: the long ss pin is to replace the retaining clip on the bottom of the rear air springs. It threads through the hole in the spacers and is secured with the bolt that comes with it.

I intended to write a review with my findings about the set but I wanted to get in touch with dave first before I post it down here.
